Concrete contractor services in Saratoga, CA

Pinnacle Saratoga Concrete Company is a concrete contractor in Saratoga, CA, with 16 services, from flatwork like driveways, patios and walks to retaining walls and foundations. Most calls start with a slab that's cracked, sinking or holding puddles, or a yard that needs something new. The price mostly moves with the size of the job, how much old concrete comes out, how much base work the ground needs and the finish you pick. The schedule turns on what the city asks for, the weather and curing, the wait while fresh concrete gains strength before it can take feet or cars. At the estimate I look over your site and write up the figure for your job.

  • Concrete driveway with a reddish stamped-brick apron leading to a cream house, bordered by lawns and trees.

    Concrete driveway building

We take out the old driveway, pack a firm new base and pour a slab that sheds water toward the street and away from your garage.

  • Curved stamped concrete patio with large brown and gray stone-like sections beside a lawn.

    Concrete patio construction

Want room for a table and grill out back? We build patios to fit your yard, with a broom finish brushed in before it sets so wet feet get grip.

  • Brown stamped-concrete patio with a brick pattern and rounded front edge beside a light-sided house.

    Stamped concrete services

We press patterned mats into fresh concrete so your patio or walk looks like stone, brick or slate but stays one solid slab.

  • Curved concrete sidewalk with a brick border winds through landscaped beds beside a brick building.

    Concrete sidewalk building

Front walk cracked or lifted where people trip? We pour new walks on a packed base with control joints, cut grooves that give cracks a straight line to follow.

  • Open garage with a smooth, speckled light-gray concrete floor and storage cabinets along the back wall.

    Garage floor concrete

We pour garage floors that carry car weight and sweep clean, with rebar, the steel bars inside the slab that hold it together if it cracks.

  • Decorative stamped concrete patio beside a lakeside yard, with a block retaining wall and metal outdoor chairs.

    Decorative concrete

Decorative concrete covers color, exposed pebble surfaces and custom edges, for homeowners who want a driveway or patio that suits the house instead of plain gray.

  • Light stone concrete pool deck curves around a blue swimming pool, with lounge chairs and garden beds nearby.

    Concrete retaining walls

On a sloped yard, the soil is always pushing downhill. We build concrete retaining walls with drainage behind them so water doesn't build up and tip the wall out.

  • Brown stamped-concrete patio extends from a brick house toward a black metal fence beside a lawn.

    Concrete floor installation

Need a concrete floor for a workshop, basement or addition? We pour interior slabs flat and level, ready for flooring or left as the finished floor.

  • Concrete pool deck surrounds a blue swimming pool beneath a black screened enclosure, with tropical plants along the edge.

    Concrete pool decks

We pour pool decks with a textured surface for wet feet and slope them so splash water runs away from the pool and the house.

  • Wide gray stamped-concrete steps lead to a dark double front door on a white house.

    Concrete steps construction

Front steps that wobble, crumble or sit at uneven heights are easy to trip on, so we build new concrete steps with even heights on solid footings.

  • Close view of a light-gray concrete patio with straight control joints and strong shadows from a post.

    Slab foundation building

A slab foundation is one thick pad of concrete that a house, addition or ADU sits right on. We dig, set the base and rebar, and pour it level.

  • Stamped concrete patio with a curved stone seating wall, dining set, fire pit and landscaped garden.

    Foundation installation

We build foundations for new homes, additions and garages from the footings up, set to the plans your engineer and the city approve.

  • Concrete pool deck inside a white screened enclosure, with pale coping bordering blue water.

    Concrete parking lot building

Who needs a concrete lot? Shops, churches, offices and apartment buildings that want parking that handles daily traffic and drains to the right place.

  • Stamped concrete patio with a curved raised edge, wicker seating and lounge chairs beside a house.

    Concrete footings

Footings are the buried concrete pads and strips that carry the weight of a wall, deck, porch or addition. We dig them to the depth your plans call for.

  • Textured concrete pool deck with rounded coping running alongside a blue swimming pool.

    Foundation raising

If a floor slopes, doors stick or cracks run up the walls, part of the foundation may have settled. We lift it and support it back toward level.

  • Freeform swimming pool with a curved blue-tile edge and pale concrete deck inside a screened enclosure beside a lake.

    Concrete cutting

We saw-cut concrete for new doorways, utility trenches, control joints and clean removal, so you get a straight edge instead of a broken, jagged one.

Why homeowners choose our crew

  • Straight answers about cracks

I explain what your job involves, what drives the cost and where cracks usually show, as many times as you need. Concrete shows some cracking over time, and I'd rather you hear that from me at the first visit than be surprised by it later.

  • Most of our care goes underground

We dig out to firm soil, pack the subgrade the slab sits on and check where the water runs before we pour. If your budget is tight, I'll suggest a plainer finish before a thinner base, because a bad base can't be fixed without tearing the slab out.

  • City steps planned from day one

Before we plan the dig, we check what the city wants, such as the arborist review Saratoga requires for work within five feet of a protected tree's canopy, even when it's a neighbor's tree. When a permit applies, we handle the contractor's side and help with the parts that fall to you, and the city's Building Division is there if you'd like to ask them directly.

How a job goes with us

  1. Call or send the form

Call (669) 310-0413 or send us the details, and we'll reply within one business day. Tell us what you're seeing, a cracked driveway, a sinking patio or water pooling by the house, or just what you'd like built. Questions are welcome, even if you're only figuring out what the project involves.

  2. We walk the site together

I come out myself, look at the ground, the slope and where water runs, and answer your questions on the spot. Then I write the estimate, so you know what the job involves and what each part of the price is for. It's free, and there's no pressure to book.

  3. We prep, form and pour

Once you're ready, we sort out what the city needs, and our own crew preps the ground and sets the forms, the boards that hold the slab's shape. I'm there to check the forms and the pour. On permitted work in Saratoga, the city allows crews from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturdays, with no work on Sundays or weekday holidays.

  4. We walk the finished job

Before we leave, I walk the finished job with you and go over how to look after it. That covers when it's ready for feet and cars, what to keep off it early on and what the joint lines are for, so a hairline crack along one doesn't worry you.
